I am a man of the hills, presently in Dehradun but born and raised in Srinagar. There is a particular magic in the hills, a magic of romance and adventure. That is what makes living, cooking and riding here such a great joy.

I travel the world as a food consultant and advocate for my native Kashmiri Pandit cuisine. Food festivals, pop-ups, events and much more, I’ve cooked in wonderful and varied places. But it is the hills that have my heart.
