It has been 30 years since I knew for sure that travelling and cooking are my things. So I combined the two to make a good career of it. For me, a motorcycle is a tool to explore new lands, cultures and cuisines. Any mode of transport is fine, two wheels are little more fun. The smaller the engine, the greater the fun.

The Chefs Ride 2025 is an effort many years in the making, to lend a helping hand to those on our career ladder but without the support and resources to truly fulfil their potential. I feel it is our duty to help.

For me, this programme and others like it at X Events Hospitality, are food for the soul. We learn more outside the kitchen, we receive more than we give when we give without wanting. See you on the road.
