Radon Riders
Founded in 2018 in Pune with over 1,500 members, Radon Riders today is Pune’s largest motorcycling group. Established with a simple yet powerful purpose – to create a brotherhood of riders free from discrimination based on cubic capacity (CC) or bike brand. From scooters all the way to super-sports, you will find them all here. This is also reflected in their ride planning and activities, which are designed to cater to riders of all levels.
Radon Riders actively promotes road safety awareness through direct consumer initiatives, including participation in awareness programmes and strict adherence to traffic rules.
The group’s commitment to safety is evident in their ISO certification in safety and quality management, ensuring that all their activities are conducted with the highest standards of safety.
Beyond riding, Pune’s Radon Riders actively engage in community activities. They regularly organize the ‘Unity Ride’, a collaborative event with other riding groups of Pune. This sense of camaraderie and unity within Pune’s biking community is a wonderful experience.
The Radon Riders have achieved notable milestones, including:
- A record-breaking participation in the India Bike Week (IBW)
- Maharashtra Bhooshan Award
- India Achievers Award
- Mental Awareness RIDE 2023 (North and Ladakh)
Radon Riders extend their support to the Meals On Two Wheels initiative. Dr. Kishor Shinde is a co-founder and team director. “We are committed to contributing to its expansion. We firmly believe in the power of community and hope to create a positive impact through this initiative,” he says.
With their focus on inclusivity, safety, and community engagement, the Radon Riders have established themselves as a good benchmark of Pune’s riding community.
