I am loyal to my bikes, they are great to me. That is the heart of a good relationship. My passion and drive to ride is inexplicable. It gives immense joy. I ride with passion. 

I am always advocating for safety among riders, in gear and technique. I just happen to be a registered nurse. The human body is fragile, it should be treated with care, protected. One’s family and its wellbeing are paramount. Carelessness has a life changing effect for them. Safety first, always. 

For me, biking is about, community built around biking. It is wonderful to ride with friends on adventures far and farther still, making new friends everywhere.
